* Must meet all requirements of Hypnotherapist or Clinical Hypnotherapist.
* Demonstrate that they are employed at or are the instructor at a qualified training institution.
* Provide training materials, course outlines, tests, book lists, etc.... which demonstrate the instructor's mode of teaching.
* Provide evidence of a minimum of two years teaching experience.
* Provide three letters of reference from professional sources.
* Provide three letters of reference from past students.
